The Daymark Solutions Charitable Trust, Inc. was formed to improve health and wellness, create educational opportunities through individual scholarships, create housing opportunities, and provide disaster relief for individuals and families in need of assistance and located in New England and to conduct such other activities and programs in furtherance of the foregoing purposes as may be carried out by a corporation organized under the Massachusetts General Laws Chapter 180 and described in Section 501(c)(3) of the Internal Revenue Code.
