The Conference Helps U.S. DoD Contractors Protect Controlled Unclassified Information (CUI)
Burlington, MA, February 12, 2025 – Daymark Solutions, a leading provider of information technology solutions, announced that it is a sponsor at CUI CON 2025, February 27-28, in Tampa Bay, FL. The goal of CUI-CON is to assist DoD contractors in their implementation of NIST SP 800-171 and to prepare for their Cybersecurity Maturity Model Certification (CMMC) conformity assessment. CUI CON is a working conference focused on helping organizations understand how to achieve CMMC compliance.
CUI-CON conferences are about everything a Department of Defense (DoD) contractor must do to protect the Federal Government’s Intellectual Property, a.k.a. Controlled Unclassified Information (CUI), such as CTI, CDI, and ITAR. The government specified information security requirements and 3rd Party Certification of the contractor’s implementation are in effect as CMMC 2.13 and can now be included in government contracts. The CMMC Program requires that defense contractors and their supply chains be certified to win contracts to keep working for the DoD.
